Biography
Charles Louis was born on 10 Mar 1801 in Eksaarde, Escaut (Dutch: Schelde) department, French First Republic (today East Flanders, Belgium). He was the son of Joannes De Vos and Isabella Van Driessche.[1]
On 14 Nov 1833, Charles Louis married Sophia de Nijs.[1]
Charles Louis passed away in 1846.[2]
